Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Ameya Books follows a No Refund and No Exchange policy for all purchases.

Once a book or any other product has been purchased and the transaction is complete, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges under any ordinary circumstances. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect their selections before completing the purchase.

2. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy are only made in cases of manufacturing defects in the books purchased. In such rare instances, please bring the item back to our physical store or school stall along with the original proof of purchase. Management reserves the right to make the final decision on all such requests. In case of manufacturing defect, the management may offer a replacement of the same book.
