Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
3. Return Process
To return your product, please bring it to our depot at: Shop No BF 29 Basement, Near Gyan Khand 3, Shipra Riviera Tower, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad-201014, Uttar Pradesh. Returns must be made in person or via local courier. We do not accept international or long-distance postal returns.
4. Exceptions
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as digital downloads or gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
